Is there anyway to beat this?

If you can kill them with your Talak's, it is not resistable, just absorbable.

You can use iceblast and all the non resistable actions.
You can try "lower resist" too as it decreases the opponent resist of 30%...
70% from barbarian battle cry + at least 10% from his load out -30% of lower resist = 50% chances to be resisted.
Luck will do the rest ^^

How long is the duel going (# of rounds)? If its a long fight are they getting a lot of crits/extremes?
After your talaks attacks are done, how much health do they have left?
What are your other openers?
Are they shield or dual wield?


I have been find madrox a useful alternate opener lately. Obviously Wand Slinger is not a good alternate opener as your wand attack will probably get resisted to much.

Yep with my madrox I can win against all the warriors with high crit.
But the tanks with just epic weapons and barbarian battle cry... it's a lot more difficult.
