Does anyone have an extra Twin Aps or Osyrus' Flail they would like to sell or trade?

I wish I did. I pretty much had to give away my first born to get the Asps. I probably gave way too much, but it was very difficult to find anyone willing to part with it.

I'm in the same spot. Have to save for or hope to pull something. I do well but a good legendary would probably help put me over the edge where I'd like to be.

If your having trouble getting an asps, try for the hook - a little more armor at the expense of int but still a good staff

I have the hook already, just needed to get my INT up a bit.
